    For OEM and customized orders, our regular delivery time is 35-40days.

  • What’s payment methods you accept?

    Our regular acceptable payment methods are TT and LC at sight. For small amount, paypal,wechat pay, alipay are acceptable.

  • What’s your after sales service for defect products?

    For manufacturing defect products, we will send new products free for replacement.

  • Do you provide free samples for quality test before order?

    For sample value under 20USD, we will provide free samples but freight should be paid by customers; For sample value above 20USD, sample cost will be charged,but the amount will be returned once order placed.

  • What’s your MOQ for OEM orders?

    AMOQ for OEM orders are different for different products, we can make it clear once you sent detailed inquiry list to us.
